1. Who we are

Rowtr is an iOS app that lets you browse the OpenRouter model catalog and use AI models with your own OpenRouter API key. This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app. Rowtr is an independent app and is not affiliated with OpenRouter.

2. Information the developer collects

None. Rowtr does not have a backend. The developer does not receive your API key, your prompts, the model responses, your recordings, your generated images or sounds, or any usage, device or diagnostic information. The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking software.

3. Information stored on your device

The following is stored only on your device, so the app can work:

• Your OpenRouter API key, in the iOS Keychain. You can remove it at any time in Settings. Because iOS may keep Keychain items after an app is deleted, remove the key in Settings before deleting the app if you want it gone.
• Chats you start, which are saved automatically so you can continue them.
• Saved notes: dictation notes, generated images and chat transcripts you choose to save.
• Sounds you generate with speech models, which are saved automatically.
• Favorites, your consent choice, your provider preferences and whether you finished the welcome screens.
• A copy of the public model catalog, so the model list opens quickly and works offline.

You can delete chats, notes and sounds in the app. Deleting the app removes this data from your device, apart from the Keychain note above.

4. Information shared with OpenRouter and AI providers

Rowtr talks to OpenRouter's API directly from your device, using your own API key. Your use of OpenRouter is governed by OpenRouter's Privacy Policy and terms, and OpenRouter forwards requests to the AI provider of the model you choose, whose own policies also apply.

Content you send to AI models

When you use a model, the content needed for that request is sent to OpenRouter:

• Chat and vision: your messages, the conversation so far, an optional system prompt, and any images or PDF files you attach.
• Web search (only if you turn it on for a chat): your message is used by OpenRouter to search the web.
• Dictation: your voice recording.
• Image generation: your prompt.
• Speech: the text you want read aloud and the voice you choose.

Rowtr asks for your explicit permission before any of this content is sent. The first time you send something, the app shows a screen that lists what will be sent, names OpenRouter and the company that runs the selected model as the recipients, and lets you choose Allow or Don't Allow. If you don't allow it, nothing is sent. You can review or withdraw that permission at any time in Settings → Privacy; without it, these features do not send anything.

Who receives it and how it is protected

Your content is shared only with OpenRouter, Inc. and, through OpenRouter, with the AI provider that runs the model you choose (the provider's name is shown before you allow sharing and on each model's page). It is used only to produce the response you asked for. Rowtr does not share it with anyone else and does not use it for advertising, analytics or training.

OpenRouter and the AI providers it works with are bound by their own privacy policies and by their agreements with OpenRouter, which protect your data at a level equal to or greater than this policy. In your OpenRouter account's privacy settings you can also choose whether providers that may store or train on prompts can be used.

By default OpenRouter chooses which provider runs the model. In Settings → Providers you can prefer the cheapest, fastest or lowest-latency provider, pick a specific provider for a chat, and turn on “Only providers that don’t store my data”, which limits your requests to providers that don’t store your prompts or train on them.

Requests without your content

• Model catalog: the app downloads the public list of models. If you have saved an API key, it is included so OpenRouter can show models available to your account.
• Usage and credits: if you saved an API key, the app asks OpenRouter for your key's usage and limits to show them in Settings.
• Model providers: when you open a model's page or a chat's settings, the app asks OpenRouter which providers offer that model, with their prices, speed and uptime. If you have saved an API key, it is included.

5. Device permissions

• Microphone: used only while you record for dictation. The recording is sent to the model you selected and the temporary recording file is deleted from the device right after it is read.
• Photo library (add only): used only when you tap to save a generated image to Photos. The app cannot read your photos.

Images and PDFs you attach are chosen by you through the system pickers; the app only receives the items you select.

6. In-app purchases

The free trial and Rowtr Lifetime are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store, under Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer does not receive your name, Apple Account, email address or payment details. To decide which features are unlocked, the app reads your signed purchase records from Apple on your device; this information is not sent anywhere else.

7. Links

Web search results and other links open in your browser. Websites you visit have their own privacy policies.

8. Children

Rowtr is not directed to children under 13, and the developer does not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app's handling of information changes, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.

2. Geliştiricinin topladığı bilgiler

• OpenRouter API anahtarınız, iOS Keychain'de. Ayarlar'dan istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz. iOS, uygulama silindikten sonra Keychain kayıtlarını tutabildiği için anahtarın tamamen kalkmasını istiyorsanız uygulamayı silmeden önce Ayarlar'dan kaldırın.
• Başlattığınız sohbetler; kaldığınız yerden sürdürebilmeniz için kendiliğinden kaydedilir.
• Kayıtlı notlar: kaydetmeyi seçtiğiniz dikte notları, üretilen görseller ve sohbet dökümleri.
• Sesli okuma modelleriyle ürettiğiniz ve kendiliğinden kaydedilen sesler.
• Favoriler, izin tercihiniz, sağlayıcı tercihleriniz ve karşılama ekranlarını tamamlayıp tamamlamadığınız.
• Model listesinin hızlı ve çevrimdışı açılabilmesi için herkese açık model kataloğunun bir kopyası.

Sohbetleri, notları ve sesleri uygulamada silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı silmek, yukarıdaki Keychain notu dışında bu verileri cihazınızdan kaldırır.

4. OpenRouter ve yapay zekâ sağlayıcılarıyla paylaşılan bilgiler

Rowtr, OpenRouter API'siyle cihazınızdan doğrudan ve kendi API anahtarınızla konuşur. OpenRouter kullanımınız OpenRouter Gizlilik Politikası ve koşullarına tabidir; OpenRouter istekleri seçtiğiniz modelin yapay zekâ sağlayıcısına iletir ve o sağlayıcının politikaları da geçerlidir.

Modellere gönderdiğiniz içerik

Bir modeli kullandığınızda o istek için gereken içerik OpenRouter'a gönderilir:

• Sohbet ve görsel ile sohbet: mesajlarınız, o ana kadarki konuşma, isteğe bağlı sistem istemi ve eklediğiniz görseller veya PDF dosyaları.
• Web araması (yalnızca bir sohbette açarsanız): mesajınız OpenRouter tarafından web'de arama yapmak için kullanılır.
• Dikte: ses kaydınız.
• Görsel üretimi: isteminiz.
• Sesli okuma: okunmasını istediğiniz metin ve seçtiğiniz ses.

Rowtr bu içeriklerden herhangi biri gönderilmeden önce açık izninizi ister. İlk kez bir şey gönderdiğinizde uygulama, neyin gönderileceğini sayan, alıcı olarak OpenRouter'ı ve seçili modeli çalıştıran şirketi adıyla belirten ve İzin Ver ya da İzin Verme seçmenizi isteyen bir ekran gösterir. İzin vermezseniz hiçbir şey gönderilmez. Bu izni Ayarlar → Gizlilik'ten istediğiniz zaman gözden geçirebilir veya geri çekebilirsiniz; izin olmadan bu özellikler hiçbir şey göndermez.

Kim alır ve nasıl korunur

İçeriğiniz yalnızca OpenRouter, Inc. ile ve OpenRouter aracılığıyla seçtiğiniz modeli çalıştıran yapay zekâ sağlayıcısıyla paylaşılır (sağlayıcının adı izin vermeden önce ve her modelin sayfasında gösterilir). Yalnızca istediğiniz yanıtı üretmek için kullanılır. Rowtr onu başka kimseyle paylaşmaz; reklam, analitik veya model eğitimi için kullanmaz.

OpenRouter ve birlikte çalıştığı yapay zekâ sağlayıcıları kendi gizlilik politikalarına ve OpenRouter ile yaptıkları sözleşmelere tabidir; bunlar verilerinizi bu politikadakiyle eşit veya daha yüksek düzeyde korur. OpenRouter hesabınızın gizlilik ayarlarından, istemleri saklayabilen veya onlarla model eğitebilen sağlayıcıların kullanılıp kullanılmayacağını da seçebilirsiniz.

Varsayılan olarak modeli hangi sağlayıcının çalıştıracağını OpenRouter seçer. Ayarlar → Sağlayıcılar'dan en ucuz, en hızlı ya da en düşük gecikmeli sağlayıcıyı tercih edebilir, bir sohbet için belirli bir sağlayıcı seçebilir ve isteklerinizi yalnızca istemlerinizi saklamayan ve onlarla model eğitmeyen sağlayıcılarla sınırlayan “Verimi saklamayan sağlayıcılar” ayarını açabilirsiniz.

İçeriğiniz olmadan yapılan istekler

• Model kataloğu: uygulama herkese açık model listesini indirir. Kayıtlı bir API anahtarınız varsa, OpenRouter'ın hesabınıza açık modelleri gösterebilmesi için isteğe eklenir.
• Kullanım ve kredi: kayıtlı bir API anahtarınız varsa uygulama, Ayarlar'da göstermek için anahtarınızın kullanımını ve limitlerini OpenRouter'dan ister.
• Model sağlayıcıları: bir modelin sayfasını ya da bir sohbetin ayarlarını açtığınızda uygulama, o modeli hangi sağlayıcıların sunduğunu fiyat, hız ve erişilebilirlik bilgileriyle OpenRouter'dan ister. Kayıtlı bir API anahtarınız varsa isteğe eklenir.

5. Cihaz izinleri

• Mikrofon: yalnızca dikte için kayıt yaparken kullanılır. Kayıt seçtiğiniz modele gönderilir; geçici kayıt dosyası okunduktan hemen sonra cihazdan silinir.
• Fotoğraf arşivi (yalnızca ekleme): yalnızca üretilen bir görseli Fotoğraflar'a kaydetmek için dokunduğunuzda kullanılır. Uygulama fotoğraflarınızı okuyamaz.

Eklediğiniz görselleri ve PDF'leri sistem seçicileriyle siz seçersiniz; uygulama yalnızca seçtiğiniz öğeleri alır.

6. Uygulama içi satın almalar

Ücretsiz deneme ve Rowtr Lifetime tamamen Apple tarafından App Store üzerinden, Apple Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında işlenir. Geliştirici adınızı, Apple Hesabınızı, e-posta adresinizi ya da ödeme bilgilerinizi almaz. Hangi özelliklerin açık olduğuna karar vermek için uygulama, Apple'ın imzaladığı satın alma kayıtlarınızı cihazınızda okur; bu bilgi başka hiçbir yere gönderilmez.

7. Bağlantılar

Web araması sonuçları ve diğer bağlantılar tarayıcınızda açılır. Ziyaret ettiğiniz sitelerin kendi gizlilik politikaları vardır.

8. Çocuklar

Rowtr 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve geliştirici bilerek çocuklardan bilgi toplamaz.

9. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Uygulamanın bilgileri ele alış biçimi değişirse bu sayfa güncellenir ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi değişir.
